钟斌，男，1982年7月出生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，乐鱼平台冠名大巴黎首批高层次人才（青年创新人才“奋进学者”）。主要从事全双工通信技术、协作通信理论和认知无线通信网络等领域的研究工作。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金项目、湖南省自然科学基金、湖南省教育厅项目等3项，参与国家自然科学基金项目、湖南省自然科学基金项目等6项，获ICCT 2012 Best Paper Award（排名第一）、湘潭市自然科学优秀论文二等奖，被评为《中国科学：信息科学》2014、2015、2016、2017年度 “突出贡献审稿人”、 2018年度 “优秀审稿人”，北京科技大学优秀博士学位论文获得者。在国内外学术期刊和国际学术会议上发表学术论文30多篇，其中SCI收录16篇、ESI高被引论文1篇，论文他引300多次、SCI他引200余次。现担任10余个国内外学术期刊的审稿人。
